“Mustard seed. Oregano. Homey, happy kitchen smells like Sunday dinner with braciole and Nonna’s gravy. A golden, warm feeling grew from my solar plexus that both softened my middle and lit up my energy. I felt yellow, inside and out.

I have a big life mission and big life trauma, so I’m very intentional about my healing process and who I trust. Gia checked all the boxes. My goal for the work was to process the experiences and memories of over a decade of childhood sexual abuse that I experienced.
